I’ve had the pleasure of working in the field of education for twenty years as a teacher, administrator, coach, consultant and professional developer. My journey has allowed me to work alongside teacher leaders and administrators, on a one-to-one basis, with teams and with large groups of educators.
During these years I have worked with preschool educators all the way to research-level college institutions. I became certified and trained in various coaching niches (certified instructional coach, certified data coach and trained in cognitive coaching). My goal has always been to provide the best services possible.
For the past several years I have journeyed into the realm of women’s ministry. I’ve served in multiple roles, from washing tablecloths to teaching women’s ministry classes, to launching and leading a successful moms’ ministry that is still thriving today.
One of my most fulfilling roles was as a regional ministry coach. In this role I provided coaching, training and networking opportunities to twenty local moms’ ministry leaders and leadership teams for two years.
Collectively, these years of professional and volunteer experiences have opened my eyes to the struggles women face. I have developed a passion for coaching and helping women move forward.
We women are such life givers, and often keep on giving without intentionally nurturing ourselves. As a certified life-breakthrough coach I help women take time to pause and reconnect with their identity, values, purpose and giftings.
